I have always had a love affair with water and the ocean in particular. I am mesmerized by the energy and power this immense body of water. I never tire of watching the mighty swells during storm season, of feeling the salty spray of wild wind soaked waves as they crash against the rocks below me or the sensuous feel of the soft summer breakers lapping across my feet as I stroll along a warm sunlit shore. Even now,  if I close my eyes I can hear the distant echo of gulls crying above me and the gentle rhythmic roar of the ocean soothing my heart with peace and tranquillity.
